五、性狀：無色至白色玻璃狀的塊、片或白色粉末。通式為線型多聚磷酸的鈉鹽的非均一混合體，以三聚磷酸鈉為主，另含有焦磷酸鈉、六聚磷酸二鈉、四聚磷酸鈉、五聚磷酸銨和六聚磷酸鈉等，其中n值越大，則越呈透明的玻璃狀。吸濕性的大小和水溶性的pH值9.5~9.8，四聚磷酸鈉為8.3~8.7，五聚磷酸鈉為8.6，六聚磷酸鈉為8.0.具有對淀粉的強力分散作用，易溶于水，在水溶液中有螯合金屬離子的性質，使難溶于水的物質分散溶解。

六、用途：在肉制品、奶制品中作品質改良劑，可作含氟牙膏的磨擦劑。生化研究中一般作為分離分散和抗絮凝劑。分離堿土和重金屬離子。多價絡合劑。軟化水。膠溶劑。金屬導管防腐。

七、包裝：內襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25kg。

八、貯存與運輸：本品應貯存在干燥通風清潔的庫房中，裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: Colorless to white glassy block, piece or white powder. The general formula is a heterogeneous mixture of sodium salts of linear polyphosphate, which is mainly composed of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, disodium hexapolyphosphate, sodium tetrapolyphosphate, ammonium pentapolyphosphate and sodium hexapolyphosphate. The larger the n value is, the more transparent it is. The size of hygroscopicity and pH value of water solubility are 9.5 ~ 9.8, 8.3 ~ 8.7 for sodium tetrapolyphosphate, 8.6 for sodium pentapolyphosphate and 8.0 for sodium hexapolyphosphate. It has strong dispersing effect on starch, is easily soluble in water, and has the property of chelating metal ions in aqueous solution, so as to disperse and dissolve the insoluble substances.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
